Mission :

  • – Management and development of Human Resources – continuous training, performance monitoring 
  • – Conducting direct recruitment, and for certain profiles, in coordination with recruitment agencies

The Human Resources Manager will report to the General Manager.


From a functional point of view, he/she will report to the Director of Operations Consulting.

The Human Resources Manager will interface with Internal Communication.

Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac + 5), you have at least 10 years of experience in consulting companies.

Equipped with a high quality of listening, you also have qualities of analysis of personalities and mediation capacities.

You have recruitment experience.

You will be able to accompany change in an environment combining agility and innovation.

You speak English.
